There was a bit more wear than was shown in photos or mentioned. Corners all have wear and so does the base of the straps. They did say it was in pre owned condition and it wasn't excessive so it's probably normal. But other than that... it's a super pretty bag and I will enjoy carrying it. Happy with purchase.
