I've had bad luck with shipping and handling on glass items, but this seller did a great job in insuring they were packaged well. The post office apparently didn't take care of the package. The sign was well packaged and insulated, but when the carrier fails it's job, all you can do is complain about the carrier. I got my nephews wife to glue the broken pieces back pretty good! Oh well. Thank you to the seller.
