    The item arrived broken. I have reached out to the seller numerous times. Only on the initial text did they respond. Since then, nothing. Very poor communication. Initially they said they would return and replace. Again, I have heard nothing. I did initiate a return and waiting again for a response. I have a feeling I will need to escalate through eBay. No reason when spending this kind of money the customer service should be so poor.
