The belts were melted/disintegrated so it wasn't something that happened after I asked. Seller paid for new belts but there was also damage inside from shipping. Not really packaged all that well. I should have listened to the other feedback here and passed, but I thought I would take a chance. Seller is nice enough to deal with but the whole issue could have been avoided with some basic testing.
