    Rod looks good no fractures and was package okay, but I was not made aware that this rod is missing the inner part to the first guide, I wish I would have noticed sooner when it first arrived before I went to string it up. In no way was this caused by me it’s been sitting in a rod holder on my wall with my other kencor. I took pictures of another guide below it to compare so you see what it’s supposed to look like. I want to believe the seller didn’t know about it before selling this to me.

    Shipping. Since shipping costs were being added, I should have demanded FedEx or UPS. If you want a sure fire problem, use USPS to ship product. Never on time. In fact, it reached their distribution center where it should go to the correct local post office as next step. It is now over 48 hours "in transit" when it is within 100 miles. Still no delivery. Inexcusable. They claim they have it and have patience. Can't help thinking it has been pilfered. Stop using USPS!!!
