      The seller quietly canceled my order for the second time in a row. I won the lot again and asked the seller to send a Service Tag to see the remaining warranty on the laptop. At first, the seller said he could not send a service tag, and then said he could not ship to Canada, although the seller can do this through the Global Shipping Program and eBay allows me to pay for the purchase and shipping. But the seller canceled the order. Double negative!!!

      The seller canceled the purchase, saying that I asked him to do so. This is not true—I did not ask to cancel the lot; I wanted to pay for it. The seller also immediately relisted the item. Less than 15 hours have passed since I won the lot. The seller did not respond to my messages.
