    The Hp Inks I received, were nothing like the photo or description. They had expired in March 2008 & the seller didn't accept returns. Whilst the seller was apologetic & was "unaware" the inks had expired, he should have uploaded photos true to the item he was selling, with a matching description & price. I paid $109.95, for expired inks due to the inaccurate photo & description. The seller did offer to allow the items to be returned for a full refund,but by that stage Paypal was involved.

    We had no idea of the ink being out of date. We accepted the return and happily accepted to refund the customer in full. They got PayPal involved not us so we did all we could to help this customer.
