Unfortunately, I encountered unexpected audio and video skipping with a couple of blu-ray discs in a full TV series set (likely damaged due to the original manufacturer's cardboard sleeves). Once I communicated this to the seller, it took about a week total from reporting it to receiving the refund after the return shipment arrived with the seller. Hope to do business again!
