However, the seller was so patient and understanding, he sent a replacement laptop and he also was interested to know which delivery service is more reliable for my area, and I highly appreciate this. Communication and attention to what is happening was consistent . Packing of the laptop was incredible ! Very well packed and secure. Item is of high value, exactly as described . Thank you !
