The seller then advised that, on checking the rest of their stock, they were faulty / damaged. They offered the option of a refund or to wait for stock to be replenished but that could take 30 days! I opted for refund which was dealt with straight away. Reason for "neutral" is my concern over the stock being faulty so I am hesitant to reorder
