The item, a 2nd hand Rubidium frequency standard, was fully functioning as promised. I demonstrated a 5dBm output level at precisely 10MHz with a clean spectrum. With my spectrum analyzer, span 100Hz BW 1 Hz the 10 MHz was measured to be >90dB above the noise floor. The only question is: what is the meaning of "option CPOM". I can only find options with numbers in the online available data sheets.

Then it was in limbo for a week as they mailed the label and package to Hong Kong to be shipped from there instead of China??? Then it got stuck in Hong Kong for a week because of the Russian volcano. (Not their fault) but had it ship quickly as promised it would have been in the states already. In the end all is good thank god they packed it very well!
