      Completely different item, After asking to make sure it was the right one in the picture i was told it was, not given any other pictures for proof and sent a completely different pair that we had discussed before hand to make sure it was not that specific pair and the one in the picture. Extremely disappointing and completely misleading. Communications and everything before that was going well but extremely extremely upset at this.

      This customer feedback is a little misleading because the customer was aware that the item would be shipped directly by First Row and not I. My intention was definitely for the customer to receive what they paid for, but a mispick happened while First Row was fullfilling the order. So a refund was issued to the customer once I was made aware that they received the wrong item.
