Packaging was adequite, but please, if you are shipping bare processors in the future, make sure to at least send them in clamshells instead of pink foam and tape. Not a cheap product to ship so haphazardly. Regardless, things worked out fine and both processors worked in my PowerEdge T630.

I notified the seller and sent a picture. I was quickly reimbursed and told not to bother returning the item, with an apology. I was very impressed with the response but disappointed with my unsolved computer problems. I will do business with them again in the future.
