Instructions were to simple insert the handle into the base until you hear a click. The handle could not be inserted. I exchanged emails with the seller asking for a refund or suggesting an exchange. After my 2nd email (3 days ago) there has been no reply Including not sending the return packing label i requested. Pls Advise
