Free shipping was me paying and them, if they received the item back, which i was told many time the item is lost in the shipping across the ocean since it has to go back to China. The shipping would have been 4 times the purchase price. Ebay was no help. Tried to figure out how to contact them without any luck on their website. I ended up with 15% refund and a pump that doesn;t work.
