    Fragile item packaged loosely in box with one piece of bubble wrap and an air bubble that filled part of box but did not secure item. Arrived broken in multiple places. Seller was rude, verbally abusive, and attacked me for noting it wasn't packed well enough to be safe. Had to wait very long for her to get her money cleared in her account before return was started so VERY long before I got my refund!

    I had wrapped it with a long sheet of mini bubble wrap, sandwiched her in-between 4 air bubbles, and wrote fragile on the box. I questioned you several times on your wording towards me as you spoke in all caps to me right off the bat about how I didn't list the item as broken when I was trying to impress upon you she was broken in transit. I also said I had spent the money and had to wait for a transfer, then YOU did not send her back right away, and I can't give a refund unless it's in hand.
