I bought an item April 13th, and despite reaching out to the seller and opening a case I received no reply, and got an automated refund on April 29th. If you want to make a purchase it might be best to first try to contact the seller to see if they've become active again.

Contacted the seller 2 times, as item never shipped, until today on the date supposed to be delivered, Aug. 18. Was told they don t work Sat-Sun. Seller bothered to print the shipping label on Mon. Aug. 15. Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs, passed without shipping. USPS finally got the item today Aug. 18, and seller changed the delivery date to Aug. 23. Bad experience, negligent seller, will never buy again
