The shipment from India came about a week before the one from New Jersey. The quality was not as good as I hoped, the fit of the Threads needed to be cleaned up and the Pilots polished to fit with the Mandrel, and the shaft on the Dresser was a little sloppy. BUT you can't beat the price for what you are getting, with a little work it will work fine.

I will probably only use this 3 or 4 times a year for small engines. Set stone dresser with angle gauge as the tool markings are not accurate. This tool will grind valve seats with good results as I just finished a golf cart head. Item showed New Jersey location, but was shipped from India in 2 packages. Dresser took 4 days and stones and pilots came 12 days later. Communication was good
