The electric reel came in very broken. I tried asking to return the reel. The seller started calling me a liar and bunch of insults. Never gonna buy anything from this seller again. I even took video and photos to show what’s broken.Reply from: yokamonmarket- Feedback replied by seller yokamonmarket.- Feedback replied by seller yokamonmarket.This buyer is leaving a false comment. Please be careful. The 2 weeks it took to ship is a lie. The fact that the reel arrived broken is also a complete lie. We inspect this product carefully. This buyer claims the bearings are broken and make a terrible noise, but I think they didn't like it because they made a noise when they used it. This is a nasty buyer who abused the return policy. I will report them to eBay.

There was a short delay in shipping but the seller informed about that. International expedited shipping was free of charge, very nice compared to many other seller. Overall good communications by the seller. Recommended seller, would by from them again.

I messaged the seller after the item did not ship on the 10th business day and was told the item was lost and he had to order a new one. This was concerning because it's an item that is no longer in production and would not have gotten attention had I not messaged them. After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.
