Greetings I inserted and pressed on the "reset" hole in the base and the computer made a chiming sound and the panel lit, but there is no reaction when pressing the "esc" "swap" "legal" "why" "help" "start" and "enter" buttons... nothing happens! Then I tried the checkers pieces and, again, nothing. Am sure it is not the indian, but the arrow. Additionally, one of the white pawns is missing its magnet. Please advice. Luis Palacios
