My only complaint is there was no tracking or notification the product had even shipped. It just showed up in my mailbox. When the product arrived it had an Amazon gift receipt in the box. No biggie, but a quick message saying it had shipped would have been nice to alleviate concerns.

I never had a Ghost shipment with UPS or never any damaged shipments
