Synopsis
Poetry manuals, at their most essential, are aimed at demystifying aspects of poetry, in order to make poetry less daunting - especially for beginner poets. Such manuals are also reminders that poetry itself is a discipline with a landscape and a history. Far Villages builds on the body of work in this tradition by bringing a number of established and emerging poets together in a single volume to welcome new and beginner poets to the art of poetry, its craft, and the long journey within it. Contributors to this anthology include:Abayomi Animashaun, Jose Araguz, Stacey Balkun, Chaun Ballard, Christine Beck, David Bergman, Marina Blitshteyn, Michelle Bonczek, DanielBosch, Zoe Brigley, Aaron Brown, Guillermo Cancio-Bello, Rob Carney, Kelly Cherry, Michael Collins, Tasha Cotter, Rishi Dastidar, Noah Davis, Victoria L. Item was as described. Shipped in a reasonable amount of time, but not fast. Only thing I was very disappointed in was the lack of care in packaging. While the book isn't particularly valuable in terms of dollars, I was hoping care would be taken in packaging, Paperback book was in a ziplock bag, inside another very flimsy plastic bag. No cardboard or bubblewrap to stiffen or protect corners. Better care should be taken to ensure buyer receives item in exact same condition as advertised.

I had a major surgery and was unable to provide the usual care we take in packaging. When I read the buyer's feedback, I immediately provided a refund for the price of shipping. I want all of my buyers to be satisfied.

Item arrived in perfect condition, promptly and as described. USPS beat up the shipping package a bit, but seller provided more than enough protection for the book to come through with no damage. Thank you!!
