The seller wrapped the unit above and beyond the threshold of acceptable shipping (in layers of different shipping materials) to protect the unit from damages during shipping. Once opened, I worked on fixing the case and tested the unit. It is as what the seller described it - NOTHING WRONG. EVERYTHING WORKED. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. Price is acceptable. A gift for someone special.

    item was as described, and arrived in reasonable time. i must add that it was well-packed, possibly excessively so. it is metal but packed with a lot of bubble wrap, and protective cardboard that it could have been a ceramic statue and made the delivery journey safely. good job there!
