- a***i (326)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWill never purchase again from theses people I had my ac for 2 weeks and clutch locked up I’m a certified mechanic and buyer tried telling me I didn’t do things properly refused a refund for his poor merchandise 👍🏽Reply from: compressor1- Feedback replied by seller compressor1.- Feedback replied by seller compressor1.All you need to do is add AC compressor oil and make sure the system is clean, if not it needs to be flushed in order for the compressor not to lock up. When your compressor is locked up it's totally an installation problem and not the manufacturers. just like running an engine without motor oil. The very basic instructions are included. The warranty covers everything BUT when it's locked up, a certified mechanic will find the root cause but the R&R mechanic just replaces the part.
