The cardigan set was crunched, not folded, into a 6" by 6" square envelope - horrendous wrinkles and folds on cardigan design. See photos. And I paid $10.60 for shipping. Contacted seller with photos and he responded, "Thanks for letting me know." No apology. 👎

I apologize for offending you so badly. If you'd like to return your purchase on my dime, I'll be more than happy to receive it back. You said you were letting everyone who sent items wrinkled know they were doing it. I didn't realize you wanted me to apologize, I thought you wanted me to acknowledge that I had done it which i did. A good steamer will take all those wrinkles out but as I said, I'll be more than happy to take the return.
