Everything about this transaction was unacceptable. I waited a month for the seller to fix things with one excuse after another as to why it was not. I did receive the item and it did work AND I did want it. But it was not new as described, which the price reflected a new item! The car came in a zip lock bag, not in the package and the battery compartment door was missing. Shipping cost $18.05 was ridiculous to say the least. Seller never came through with promises made.
