Item description stated NIB. However when I received it his gun was on the bottom of the box not secured on the side. I referenced pictures of the same figure NIB and it is evident that the figure has been removed from the box. He was in a different mounting position and the gun is not where it is supposed to be. It is in good condition but not as described.

I bought the figure off eBay a few years ago, got it NEVER opened it and it sat on a shelf until it sold here. The figure was accidentally knocked off the table when I was getting it ready to pack up. The gun at the bottom and the figure being the way it was may have been caused by that, but I never opened it and was told when I bought it it was never opened. In the pictures you can see tape on the box so my observation it was NIB.
