    I jumped on this listing because it is unusual, and was listed as "Like New." The photos are cropped down so tightly that it was hard to tell that it has no jewelcase. What I got was a CD in a paper sleeve, with the front cover separate (with two small tears), tucked into a plastic Ziploc bag. The CD even has some fingerprints in it. I am still satisfied with the product I got, and it being shipped relatively fast - but honesty is key; next time, don't mark it "Like New" if it's like that.

    Thank you, it was new and the fingerprint might I have been mine accidentally and I am so sorry for that. I do believe it was ever used. Thank you for buying it.

    Ordered this tote and the description stated IN HAND with delivery the first week of July. They reached out to me today to say that they didn't have it in hand but it was actually with a relative in California that are going to be leaving for vacation and will not be back for a month. Because I need this item for a gift I cannot wait and have to request a full refund. This Seller never should advertise as IN HAND when in fact it is not and shipping is over a month away.

    Hi, I went to Harvey's and bought the bag myself and asked my son to posted it, I live in Calif. I have had the bag for a month and I have gone on vacation to see my family. So the bag is in hand, but I left for vacation which I am allowed to do. I stopped by ebay account while gone but forgot to tell my son. Human and life!. We were more that happy to immediately refund you money. I even offered you the famous red bag which the bag was picked up but you wanted a refund and received. So in hand!
