Shoes were shipped in a very timely manner and were in very good, new looking condition when received. On the first day that my son wore the shoes the bottoms started to fall off. Seller was very apologetic and refunded the full amount to make it right. While the shoes falling apart was disappointing, I am very pleased with the sellers quick shipping, and quick response to the defect and refund. Seller was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
