Der wertvollere der beiden MH-Bögen (68) war mittig über zwei Drittel durchtrennt und somit als solcher stark beschädigt. Das war vom Verkäufer bei seinem Angebot nicht angezeigt worden. Statt dessen: "mittig gefaltet und Ränder teils angetrennt". Das Angebot war somit irreführend und nicht seriös.
