I wish you could see what this crazy man said to us. This is an example of what type of customer we never want. We're giving him a refund if he returns our item. We also apologized for the mistake & then he called us names and began being rude (in all caps). He then tried to basically get it for free and have me refund him half and keep the item. Funniest part is "deliberately", like we're out here shorting people an inch on their bike stems for mass profit! LOL. He's just a miserable man.
