Disgraceful seller delivered to wrong address told myself a vunrable lady to retrieve my package from the violent neighbour denied any responsibility and no help but to put my life in danger avoid the seller

wanted money back insisting they were undelivered until I sent proof of delivery, then said the neighbour was violent so she couldn't get the parcel apparently postman delivered to her neighbour but blamed me and wanted full refund. Slandered & threatened me with negative feedback extortion unless I gave her the money back. Apparently I delivered the parcel to wrong house and endangered her life! Told to contact police to report the theft. Just wanted money, no solution was acceptable
