Well packaged block of 4 with all the stamps MNH as described. However I discovered that nine of the perforations were separated and these had not been mentioned in the description. Once notified of this the seller did offer a refund for the return of the item. Unfortunately as I had already spent many years looking for this particular positional block of 4 for my collection, I was loath to let this one go, so in the end I decided to retain the block despite its condition.
