The word whammer was glitchy, stuttered after new batteries were put into it. I wanted it to work soo badly that I ignored it. It was a gift and I wanted her to experience my same joy of teaching her daughter the way I did with my boys. I babysit once a week so I only realized today that now the sounds aren’t words at all!! Because I missed the 30 day mark, purchased April 26th, it is June 4th. won’t be refunded. Beware: seller said tested! some of the letters were dirty! Seller did answer quick
