Seller mislead me by alluding to a combined postage fee, should 2 rugs be purchased. After the purchase, seller has changed their mind and stated the items had to be sent separately. Postage was charged ~£9 over the actual cost in total. Seler's response was they charge for their time packing the items and driving to the post office. Unacceptable. Items are good, but experience is ditappointing. Unfortunately, cannot leave a positive feedback. It is not acceptable to treat customers this way.
