But they do say refurb in the listing and the main thing is it works well:) This is the 2nd one I bought. The 1st one was like new with all the cardboard packing in the box and the player itself was wrapped in plastic. At the price you can't complain if they work fine. Reliable seller with full tracking and interstate delivery within several days.
