feedback is not letting me leave a negative toaster was use at least one time crumbs in the bottom so she did know it burns toast on the one i tried to get a hold of them did not hear back

First, let me say that the toaster was not used. It was a new, open box toaster and inspected before it was packaged. Second, you contacted us and we responded quickly, suggesting that you initiate a return, so we could give you a refund, not once, but twice, with little action on your part. I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the toaster, and I would be more than willing to make this right, if you would initiate a return of the item.
