I never received my ring and they haven't answered me at all and I've asked for refund..Never got a response and gave them plenty of time to answer me...I sent them a message 4 or 5 times with no response...I told them I'd wait a few days longer to request a refund since they asked me to wait...I did that and tried to show understanding that things happen and get lost in the mail but the part im complaining about is that they never answered me...Do not buy from them..I was very courteous to them
