Additionally, the shipper did not ship when they should have and did not contact me concerning a supposed illness that prevented them from shipping.

Photos of rust on item were shown on every listing photo. Item was shipped late due to illness but did upgrade buyer’s shipping method from Ground Advantage to Priority Mail at no cost to them to make up for the delay. Contact was made to them after shipping upgrade to explain the delay. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction in every single one of my orders and in the best of my ability will make sure a buyer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
