    Don't buy this product. It's very watery, & so strong that it made me cough! I was also told I'd need a "neutraliser" with this which is utter rubbish! I asked for a refund as I wasn't happy with it, & I got this very promptly.

    Our products are a gel, not watery – only sprays and roll-ons are liquid – and are made to the correct strength. The neutraliser is optional. This buyer, a competitor, took a considerable amount of products for free, promised positive feedback, and still left negative feedback despite a full refund. This blackmail is unacceptable. No refunds will be issued in future cases like this.
