I had a problem getting the item I purchased to work, a process that I am used to, as I was replacing one that I had for years. The sellers response was to call me a liar and insist I cancel the return. Quote"you can’t lie about a return reason" I wouldn't recommend buying from this guy. Eventually I was able to get it going, and it is working ok. But the rudeness of the seller is unacceptable.

Buyer opens a return saying the wifi was broken on the roomba. I gave instructions to reset. Buyer states "I am very familiar and know how they work". I send return label. Buyer closes return immediately. Leaves a negative feedback saying he "got it going".What a miracle! Leads me to assume he just wanted me to send a full refund instead of a return label. If you are looking into the seller "clockeman2012", ALWAYS send a return label and NEVER SEND A FULL REFUND WITHOUT GETTING ITEM BACK.
