Item shipped in a timely manner, although there was a delay that was out of the seller's hands. Item came sealed in a box, but I have no doubt it was previously removed and then resealed after opening. However, the seller may not have been responsible for this, as it may have been sold to them as "new". Thus, I feel neutral about this transaction.
