My parcel went missing and Britfix messaged regularly and promptly whilst I chased it up. After about a week of waiting, he issued a refund for me but then a few days later it turned up!!! Alexandr then fixed it and returned it that day with tracking! Perfect. What a lovely, honest guy. I packaged my trim tab unit up and sent it off recorded delivery, the following day he sent me a message he had received it and 3 working days later I received it back repaired, just a marvellous service . I haven’t fitted the unit yet , but if there are any issues I will update this review, but from the looks of it I don’t think there will be , so anyone out there with a broken trim tab unit , send it to the guy !!! Repair confirmed before lunchtime the day after I sent it, and a tracking number provided confirming it was on its way back. 72 hours after posting the faulty board away, it was back in my possession, fully functional. Possibly the best service I’ve ever received on eBay! Cannot recommend this guy enough!
