This does not quite fit 2000 A4 (B5). First it sticks out from the dash like a big button. Second it catches on the trim and you have to file the lower corners to make it operate smoothly. Having said that I grew to like that it sticks out a bit and it works fine otherwise. Oh yeah, like it's mentioned in the description it does not light up as OEM did. Oh well.
