Delivered item was not as illustrated despite my search having been for an explicit WD drive model and that drive was the one illustrated! What I got was an HGST (Hitachi) drive of the same capacity. It does the job but was not what I expected. Good price so no complaints other than a wish the search result and illustration was exactly what I thought I had ordered yet an alternative of equal capability was substituted with no explanation.

Packaged superbly in individual sealed bubble wrap bags & the together in an air cushion & then in a box - great attention & care to detail in posting these items. Printer set up and connected, everything works without any issues. One of the Magenta ink cartridges packaged with the printer could not be used as its tab had snapped off, but this isn't a problem as I have my own stock of ink cartridges anyway, so no worries there.
