I was sent 2 past expiration date that was on both packages of Stila Eyeliner , I contacted the seller and I thought we had an agreement that she was refunding the full 17.00 my cost and not charging me the 5.40 for postage . But, I got the refund and it was only 12.60! So I had to pay for receiving expired cosmetics ! I texted her today concerning it but quite frankly she seems confused and now doesn’t understand what I am saying as she said “ I follow eBay rules and sent back promptly “ .
