I ordered the item on 4/3 and on 4/6, got an email that the item was being shipped. When I tracked it a couple of days later, tracking showed that a label was created but the item hadn't actually shipped. Almost two weeks after I ordered the item, I marked that it hadn't delivered and was refunded which was nice but I genuinely wanted the item...

Item exactly as described. But shipping was unacceptably slow. Purchased the item on the 1st and they didn’t take the time to put it in for shipping until the 6th finally had the item delivered on the 15th.  it shouldn’t take half a month to get some thing shipped within the US
