Seller didn't have the item listed. Cancelled order on their end without my permission? How can they do that? Poor communication and then, in the end somebody did reach out and apologize for jerking me around. It was sweet of them to reach out and say sorry, but still a negative experience even with a refund. Ebay was nowhere to be found to help in anyway shape or form. I'm sure ebay will help them remove my feedback though..... can't ebay afford a phone? Jeesh!
