Item as described, scratched up and so forth, which was expected. The drive side crank/chainwheels and left crank were tossed in a ziplock bag together with no padding whatsoever. This is a very amateur mistake for a business that calls itself a "bike shop." The right crank/chainwheels and left crank had 3000 miles to bounce against each other and add more scratches. Strangely, the box itself was well padded, which did nothing to prevent the two hard items from grinding against one another.
