I purchased this coin as advertised and described in good faith , paid for it, the next I heard was that the transaction was cancelled by this seller as it was claimed the coin had suddenly been 'damaged or lost' ,and my payment refunded without my agreement. This is no way to treat customers or run a viable business in my opinion.

I listed an Edward the Confessor coin for 0.99p - It was intended to be auctioned (£400) coin. The buyer bought the coin instantly upon the listing going live leaving no time for me to amend the error. Explained the issue to seller - I cancelled with the only option available to me other than 'buyer cancelled'. Offered to make amends with buyer with a generous offer of a free item. Waiting on response. I hope the buyer can see this was an honest mistake and review his negative feedback
